From the employer

About the Role
Team: Design
Reports to: Design Lead
Location: Remote

We are looking for a Communication Designer to own visual storytelling across all marketing channels - social media, advertising networks, product launches, campaigns, presentations, and landing pages. You will be the dedicated creative force behind how the brand looks and moves in the market, working closely with the Content and Marketing teams to produce graphics and motion that are on-brand, on-time, and impossible to scroll past.
This is a hands-on maker role with a high bar for creativity. You will go from brief to delivery independently, propose concepts proactively, and help build a scalable design pipeline for a fast-growing fintech product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end production of marketing visuals: social media graphics, ad creatives, campaign assets, email visuals, and presentation decks.

  • Create motion design content (animated social posts, short ad clips, micro-interactions) using AI+ After Effects or equivalent tools.

  • Deliver landing-page visuals and collaborate with developers (Webflow) on implementation.

  • Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts - propose ideas and visual directions.

  • Maintain and extend the brand's visual identity across multiple related brands, ensuring consistency in typography, color, illustration style, and tone.

  • Build reusable marketing components, templates, and assets in Figma to accelerate future production.

  • Manage your own workload: provide honest time estimates, meet agreed deadlines, and communicate proactively when priorities shift.

  • Stay current with design trends, platform-specific format requirements, and emerging creative tools (including AI-assisted workflows).

Required Skills
Tools & Technical

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (daily driver for all design work).

  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for advanced compositing, illustration, and asset production.

  • Working proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and short-form animation.

  • Familiarity with Webflow (or similar no-code/low-code platforms) for landing page implementation is a plus.

Design & Creative

  • Proven portfolio of communication/marketing design work - social graphics, ad creatives, campaign visuals, presentations.

  • Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

  • Ability to work across a range of visual registers: bold and attention-grabbing for consumer audiences, restrained and trustworthy for B2B/fintech contexts.

  • Motion design skills: understanding of timing, easing, and storytelling through animation.

  • Attention to detail: pixel-precise, clean type handling, no sloppy artifacts.

Soft Skills & Working Style

  • Creative ingenuity - able to generate original, unconventional visual ideas.

  • Receptive to feedback: the team iterates intensively, and design critique is frequent and direct (focused on the work, not the person

  • Strong self-management: honest estimation, structured prioritization, reliable delivery on deadlines.

  • Clear communication - able to articulate the reasoning behind design decisions, not just present the output.

  • Comfortable with context-switching across statics, motion, presentations, and landings in a single sprint.

  • Self-directed and proactive: you see what needs to be done and propose it rather than waiting for a brief.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in or familiarity with fintech, crypto, or web3 - understanding the visual language, culture, and narratives of the space.

  • Experience producing assets for paid ad networks (Meta, Google, Twitter/X) with an understanding of format specs and performance constraints.

  • Comfort with AI-powered design tools and willingness to integrate them into your workflow.

  • Experience working in a multi-brand environment with several parallel visual systems.

  • Basic video editing or 3D skills as a creative bonus.

What We Offer

  • Full ownership of the communication design stream. Creative autonomy within a clear brand framework.

  • A direct, feedback-rich culture that pushes quality upward - your work will get better here.

  • A small, senior-level design team with short decision paths.

  • Exposure to a fast-moving international fintech/crypto product environment with multiple brands and audiences.

  • Competitive compensation range, depending on experience and location.

  • Flexibility on working arrangements (to be discussed).

Hiring Process
1. Application review (Portfolio review).
2. HR interview.
3. Interview with the hiring manager.
