As a Senior Brand Marketing Associate (internally known as Senior Marketing Associate), you will be at the center for some of the biggest decisions we make. Your responsibilities will span from consumption analysis, consumer insight generation and concept ideation to product development, packaging design, and support plan execution. You’ll support cross-functional teams to bring the brand plan to life for consumers and drive overall category growth for retailers by focusing on bigger and bolder bets.

- Strong analytical skills to perform detailed analysis on large data sets, derive insights, and interpret findings to cross-functional leadership with clear action plans – leveraging Nielsen data
- Financial acumen including brand P&Ls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Drive commercialization process for innovation and renovation projects such as graphics changes and PPA in partnership with cross functional team
- Support in building future coffee strategy on what we should be evolving across our portfolio with now/near/next strategy
- Manage brand activations such as in-store product demos
- Budget management for Canada Coffee
- Support Sales on customer queries and other administrative tasks

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$80,100.00 - $100,100.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
