  • Manage end-to-end order processing for customer, intercompany, and supplier orders, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate outbound and inbound order fulfillment, including material availability checks, delivery scheduling, purchase and sales order creation, and shipment coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Yard teams, to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate proactively regarding product availability, delivery schedules, order status, changes, and potential delays.
  • Coordinate material transfers and intercompany transactions, including import/export documentation and logistics requirements.
  • Monitor inventory availability, identify shortages, and coordinate replenishment or equipment transfers with Operations and Logistics teams.
  • Manage backorders and ensure timely resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Process pricing, billing, credit requests, freight charges, and order confirmations accurately in accordance with commercial policies.
  • Resolve order-related issues, including complaints, damaged or incorrect deliveries, shortages, and system discrepancies, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Support monthly closing activities through accurate transaction processing and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain regulatory and compliance reporting, including Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) reporting where applicable.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, order management efficiency, and customer service.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and support additional business initiatives as assigned.
  • Comply with AT-PAC policies, safety standards, and business practices.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the construction, manufacturing, industrial, or rental equipment industry is preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commitment to accuracy, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced English required.
