To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

UiPath is seeking a Test Cloud Account Executive to drive growth of automated software testing within Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts — spanning Providers, Payers, BioPharma, and Medical Device organizations — across the United States. This role partners closely with Quality, Validation, IT, QA, and Digital Transformation leaders to expand enterprise adoption of UiPath Test Cloud, helping regulated organizations accelerate release cycles, reduce defects, and strengthen compliance across mission-critical clinical, quality, and business systems.

This is a high-impact role for a consultative enterprise seller who thrives in complex, highly regulated customer environments, builds trusted relationships with quality and technology stakeholders, and drives long-term account growth.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts, driving expansion of Test Cloud adoption across business units and functions.

  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned to customer quality, validation, and digital transformation priorities alongside UiPath growth objectives.

  • Build trusted relationships with Quality, Validation, IT, QA, Digital Transformation leaders, AI Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services organizations.

  • Position UiPath Test Cloud using a consultative, value-based sales approach focused on measurable outcomes such as faster release cycles, reduced defect escape rates, lower validation costs, and stronger audit readiness.

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams (Quality, IT, Compliance, Engineering), and partner ecosystems.

  • Identify opportunities to expand automated testing adoption across EHR/EMR systems, clinical trial and safety systems, manufacturing and quality management systems, claims and payer platforms, ERP, and other regulated business-critical applications.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and long-term account growth.

  • Partner with Global Systems Integrators and strategic testing/quality partners to cultivate new opportunities and accelerate customer value realization.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Healthcare and Life Sciences industry trends, the competitive software testing landscape, regulatory considerations (e.g., FDA, GxP, computer system validation, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA), and emerging AI-driven testing initiatives.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 8+ years of enterprise software or solution/value selling experience, with a focus on software testing, quality engineering, or DevOps/CI-CD tooling.

  • 5+ years successfully managing and growing Enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts within Providers, Payers, BioPharma, or Medical Device organizations.

  • Experience selling transformational technologies including test automation, AI, SaaS, cloud, or digital quality/compliance solutions.

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving large, complex enterprise deals.

  • Ability to communicate testing and quality automation capabilities, ROI, compliance/validation impact, and implementation strategy to executive, quality, and technical audiences.

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business and compliance outcomes.

  • Executive presence with experience engaging stakeholders across Quality, IT, Compliance, and Operations functions, including the C-suite.

  • Strong account planning and opportunity management skills using a research-driven, data-oriented approach.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with the regulatory and validation landscape unique to Healthcare and Life Sciences (e.g., GxP, CSV, Part 11, HIPAA) is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
