This six-month internship suits a student starting out in trade marketing, marketing or project coordination. You’ll work in Paris onsite and report to a Trade Marketing Manager.

The Trade Marketing team, which straddles sales and marketing, aims to ensure the visibility and appeal of our brands and offers among our partners, both physically (Micromania, FNAC) and digitally (Microsoft, Playstation, Epic Games Store, Amazon, Ubisoft Store, Steam...).    

You will report to a Trade Marketing Manager and share their multi-brand game portfolio. You will assist them in developing sales offers and communication tools. Your main tasks will be as follows:   

 

Development of commercial offers    

  • Support the manager during discussions on the offer strategy for new game releases (number of editions, additional content, pre-order bonuses, etc.).
  • Contribute to the development of physical additional content for limited and collector’s editions (artbooks, figurines, goodies, etc.)
  • Analyze and formalize competitors’ offers

Development of sales marketing communication tools and sales support materials

Take initiative and contribute to the definition and creation of promotional tools:   

  • Write creative briefs for agencies and oversee the development of physical and digital assets:
  • Physical assets for international partners (POS, goodies, etc.)
  • Digital assets for product pages and social media (mockups, screenshots, edition trailers, etc.)
  • Propose and implement innovative tools to optimize product pages.

Collaborate, coordinate, and disseminate information to subsidiaries and various departments at headquarters    

  • Coordinate projects with different teams (marketing, studios, sales, manufacturing, etc.)   
  • Adapt and translate trade marketing materials to meet local needs
  • Ensure that the tools developed are distributed to the relevant departments.
  • You are a student, ideally with some initial experience in trade, marketing, or project management.
  • You are a true team player, able to manage your priorities and work on several projects at the same time.   
  • You are thorough, organized, and creative. You are also known for your excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).   
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word). Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus.

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft?

From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!

Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
