About the role
We are hiring a Director of Customer Success to build our CS function 0-to-1 across a consumer and professional user base.
What you'll do
- Design the CS motion from scratch: onboarding, activation, retention, automation vs high-touch.
- Own stickiness and activation metrics (NRR, GRR) and the systems behind them.
- Partner across product and sales; lead as a hands-on player-coach.

- Built CS 0-to-1, enterprise/B2B high-touch with consumer overlap.
- Ownership of retention and activation metrics with real outcomes.
- Earlier-career energy over big-enterprise process.

The expected base compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
