Summary of Job Duties:
We are seeking a dedicated Communications Manager to join our Institute for Community Health Innovation (ICHI) Marketing and Communications team. Based in Springdale, AR, you will translate our community health initiatives into compelling stories and strategic content across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.In this role, you will:
• Plan, develop, and publish engaging content that highlights ICHI’s research, programs, and community impact.
• Create multimedia storytelling through written features, social media, podcasts, and video; translate data into accessible narratives.
• Collaborate with design and multimedia staff to ensure content meets brand standards, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans aligned with program goals; monitor outcomes and refine strategies.
• Deliver reports and presentations to investigators, leadership, and external partners; support dissemination of findings and program success.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field plus two (2) years' of project/program manager experience.
- Five (5) plus years of marketing, communications, or program management experience, preferably in community-based or public-interest environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a public-health or community-based setting.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of audience research and outreach best practices for public engagement.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating content across multiple formats (written, digital, video, social).
- Strong storytelling ability with a portfolio of published work.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, basic graphic/video editing, and data visualization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines; strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment; attention to detail and confidentiality.
