What Part Will You Play?
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales commissions professionals.
- Oversee the accurate and timely calculation, validation, and payment of sales commissions and incentives.
- Ensure commissions processes, controls, and governance practices support business, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Revenue Operations, and Legal to implement and administer compensation programs.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and analytics that provide insight into commission performance, attainment trends, and program effectiveness.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead strategic projects including compensation plan harmonization, operating model enhancements, system implementations, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage escalations and complex compensation matters while delivering exceptional stakeholder support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on commissions governance, administration, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and the overall seller experience.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions operations, incentive compensation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex sales compensation programs for large sales organizations..
- Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and resolving complex compensation matters.
- Strong analytical, operational, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead through change, influence cross-functional partners, and drive business results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales organizations with 1,000+ sales professionals.
- Experience supporting global sales compensation programs and geographically dispersed teams.
- Xactly Incent administration, configuration, implementation, or optimization experience strongly preferred.
- Experience leading compensation transformation, plan harmonization, operating model redesign, or large-scale system implementations.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across Sales, Finance, HR, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership.
