Who this fits

This hands-on senior role suits someone who sets their own priorities, tackles blockers and enjoys building in changing markets. You’ll manage and mentor a junior digital marketer while working closely with Sales, Capital Markets, Product and the wider marketing team. The role is hybrid in London.

From the employer

TreasurySpring is building the modern infrastructure for institutional cash investing. Our platform gives corporate treasurers and finance teams direct access to diversified, high-quality short-term investments that historically were difficult to access outside the largest institutions.

Founded by veterans of hedge funds and asset management and having raised over $42M, today TreasurySpring supports 850+ institutional clients across 28 jurisdictions, with more than $350B of investment flows executed through its platform.

Corporate balance sheets hold trillions of dollars of short-term investable cash globally, much of it still concentrated in bank deposits and money market funds. TreasurySpring’s platform addresses this large and growing market by providing modern infrastructure for corporate cash investment and diversification.

TreasurySpring primarily sells to finance and treasury departments — including corporate treasurers, assistant treasurers, CFOs, and finance directors — at large corporates, funds, and financial institutions managing significant cash balances.

The role: Growth Marketing Lead

TreasurySpring is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to take on our website, our paid media, our owned channels, and our account-based programme, and to be accountable for what those deliver. It's a hands-on role. You will be the most senior digital person in the business and working day to day with Sales, Capital Markets and Product. You will also manage and develop our junior digital marketer.

Our audience is corporations, private equity, hedge funds, asset managers, banks and insurers. The market is vast, but the number of people who decide where that cash goes is small. With large institutions, we're not trying to build volume. We're trying to get in front of a defined set of firms often enough, and credibly enough, that we're an obvious call when they have cash to place. Volume comes into play with high-growth businesses and SMEs. They should be able to find us and sign up on their own, and getting that engine going matters.

What we’re looking for: Requirements

Attitude is the most important requirement for this role. AI can close technical gaps and we'd back the right person to do that. What's harder to find, and what we'll really be testing for, is someone curious and determined enough to go and work things out without being told to.

  • Relentlessness. You don't let things go, you don’t shrug off blockers, and you come back to problems that have already beaten you once.

  • Generous with people. You set a high bar and hold people to it, and you're kind about how you do it.

  • Managing. You will be managing and mentoring our junior digital marketer.

  • A good communicator. You can explain what you're doing and why to people who don't work in digital, and you'd rather bring the wider marketing team with you than work around them.

  • Deep curiosity. You are highly curious about AI, automation, and technology. You're probably already using tools your current job doesn't ask for.

  • High agency. You are comfortable prioritising, setting your own agenda, and delivering at pace.

  • Energy for change. New markets, new products, and new channels excite you, rather than intimidate you.

Experience:

  • Six or more years in digital marketing, with time spent in a scale-up or a fintech. We are looking for someone with the tenacity to build things, who has worked without a large team behind them, and knows what good looks like at pace.

  • Demonstrable ownership of a website, paid media budget, and owned channels, with results you can talk through in detail.

  • Deep ABM expertise with low-volume, high-value audiences and long sales cycles.

  • Strong technical SEO and a working understanding of how discoverability is shifting towards AI and answer engines.

  • Fluency in HubSpot, GA4, Clarity, Semrush or equivalent tools, and a good grasp of the required analytics of a modern marketing stack. Ideally, you’ve built your own stack before.

  • Comfort with data. You should be able to build your own reporting, interrogate it, and present it to a sceptical audience.

  • Fluent use of AI tooling in your own workflow, with a view on where it belongs and where it does not for the wider marketing team. Understanding of MCP and APIs is a plus.

  • Experience getting the most out of agency partners.

  • Experience in financial services or capital markets is a plus. If not, the appetite and rigour to get up to speed quickly.

What you'll do:

1. Website and discoverability

Own our website as a commercial asset. We relaunched in 2026 with a new identity and a restructured information architecture, and we now need someone to make it work harder: conversion paths, page performance, technical SEO, link acquisition and the structured content that determines whether we surface in search and in AI-generated answers. You will set the roadmap, brief and manage development resource and partner agencies, and run a continuous programme of testing and optimisation. The website is also where high-growth businesses find us, so the self-serve journey from first visit to sign-up is yours to build and optimise.

2. Paid media

Own strategy, budget, and performance across paid digital channels in the UK, US, and EMEA. You will manage ad spend, hold agencies and platforms to account, and be able to explain what each pound spent returned in terms of value for the business. We would rather see disciplined spend against a narrow audience than broad reach we cannot use.

3. Owned channels

Own our email programme, our organic social presence, and our newsletters. You will build audience segmentation that reflects how institutional buyers actually behave, improve deliverability and engagement, and turn our content and research into sequences that move people forward.

4. Account-based marketing

Build and own our ABM programme. Deals are large, cycles are long, and the firms we want are largely knowable, which makes named-account work the most sensible way for us to spend. You will agree the account tiers with Sales, work out which intent and engagement signals actually tell us a firm is in market, run the campaigns that reach them, and report at account level rather than lead level.

5. Measurement and reporting

Report on all of the above to the marketing team, to the executive, and to the board. You will define the metrics that matter, build the reporting that shows them, and use it to make decisions rather than to justify them. You will be expected to bring a point of view on attribution in a long, relationship-led sales cycle.
