Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality creative designs for digital and print marketing materials.
- Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and corporate communications.
- Proficiency in ZPLAN, MAGIC PLAN , AutoCAD, and other relevant design software is required.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all channels.
- Design campaign assets that support lead generation, recruitment, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, digital, and business teams to translate briefs into effective creative solutions.
- Produce artwork for brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, case studies, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Design and optimise graphics for websites, landing pages, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and basic video content where required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Present design concepts and effectively incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain and organise creative asset libraries, templates, and design systems.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging creative technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows, and design efficiency.
- Support the development and evolution of brand identities across multiple business units.
- Ensure all artwork is prepared correctly for both digital and print production.
- Monitor creative performance and recommend design improvements based on campaign results and user engagement data.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative culture.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development through to final delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years in a corporate, agency, or in-house design role.
- Proficiency in ZPLAN, MAGIC PLAN , AutoCAD, and other relevant design software is required.
- Experience working with established brand guidelines.
- Strong experience creating assets for web, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience producing print-ready artwork and marketing collateral.
- Experience designing for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Experience working with multiple departments and managing feedback.
