How will you fit in the big picture?
The Hershey International Team, which supports markets outside the United States, is building global brands and consumer-centered experiences through the Global Brand Office. In this role, you will lead the global Hershey's franchise and international partnership opportunities, working with U.S., regional, licensing, agency, and cross-functional partners to translate strategy into measurable business growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor on complex challenges and shape priorities across both near-term delivery and the three-to-five-year horizon.
What will you do?
• Lead and activate international brand marketing and partnership strategies, including major Brand Foundation workstreams (BF10).
• Translate consumer, category, competitive, and marketplace insights into clear growth platforms and business recommendations.
• Own delivery of the global Hershey's brand strategy and international partnership pipeline.
• Commercialize global platforms from ideation through execution in partnership with regional teams.
• Solve complex commercialization and project-delivery challenges by synthesizing information from multiple sources.
• Design and improve partnership processes and capabilities in collaboration with regional and licensing partners.
• Develop senior- and executive-level presentations for international, regional, and executive leadership audiences.
• Influence global cross-functional teams, work directly with external agencies, and build productive partnership relationships.
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
• 5+ years of relevant experience, aligned to Hershey's Manager-level standard.
• Experience within a leading CPG/FMCG company; partnership marketing or partnership execution experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated brand-building experience across insights, business reviews, equity and positioning, brand strategy, and creative/media development and execution.
• Experience developing and presenting brand strategies to gain alignment across stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of financial metrics and P&L fundamentals.
• Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and influence skills; solutions-oriented self-starter.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or equivalent marketplace experience strongly preferred; internal Hershey experience may be considered in lieu of an MBA.
