A degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Management, or a related field, completed or underway

Who this fits

You’ll suit a mid-level sales operations position centered on proposals, customer contact, supplier coordination, and process tracking. The job is based in São Paulo, follows a hybrid model, and runs Monday through Friday from nine to six. It is a temporary full-time role.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

Realizar a confecção de propostas e pedidos, além de enviar propostas comerciais aos clientes.
Atendimento ao cliente interno e externo através de e-mail, telefone, Teams, e outros canais como call e chat.
Realizar o contato com o fornecedor e estabelecer parcerias com clientes.
Prestar suporte ao Account Manager e interagir com o time interno para atualizações e follow-up dos processos.
Apoiar a equipe em todas as questões operacionais, incluindo a atualização de dados em sistema e a realização de cadastro de clientes.
Auxiliar na elaboração de planilhas e relatórios, além de revisar cotações com gerentes de contas.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

Conhecimento em Pacote Office, incluindo Excel básico ou intermediário.

Diferenciais:

Inglês básico ou intermediário.
Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas.
