The Platform Solutions Engineer within the Execution, Financing and Clearing division plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering advanced technology and analytics solutions that enhance transparency, intelligence, and execution for both clients and internal teams. This position sits at the intersection of finance and technology and centers on leveraging technology and data to create impactful products for State Street’s financing and execution platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of financing and collateral markets with strong leadership abilities and a creative approach to problem-solving. Success in this role requires translating client needs into innovative data-driven solutions, collaborating cross-functionally, and applying quantitative methods to address complex business challenges.

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and optimization frameworks for State Street’s Financing Hub platform.

  • Experience developing insights and dashboards in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik

  • Preferred experience in securities financing (including securities lending/borrowing, repo, and collateral management)

  • Background in working with analytics and execution platforms

  • Proven experience leading and collaborating with Agile teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business leaders and technical teams at all organizational levels

Additional requirements

  • This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 4 days a week in the office

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $188,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
