About the Role
You will be the first Growth and Marketing hire, defining our voice, shaping our brand, and building the engine that turns a technical product into a story that resonates with enterprise buyers. This is a 0→1 role for someone who can think strategically and execute relentlessly with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
Own and articulate the STLabs brand - our voice, narrative, and positioning.
Translate a technically sophisticated, AI-native product into clear, persuasive messaging for technical and executive enterprise audiences.
Write and ship high-quality external content: website copy, launch materials, thought leadership, product narratives, and customer-facing collateral.
Partner closely with founders, product, and design to ensure our market story stays tightly coupled to what we're actually building.
Develop deep fluency in our product, our category, and our customers' problems, and use it to sharpen everything we say.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities proactively, testing and iterating quickly to find what works.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience understanding customers, crafting compelling narratives, and cultivating a strong brand. (Growth, Product Marketing, Consulting etc.)
Exceptional writing and communication skills - you can make complex, technical ideas clear, credible, and compelling.
A strong instinct for brand and narrative that clearly communicates our differentiation and resonates with customer pain points.
Demonstrated ability to learn technical products deeply and translate them for different audiences.
A proactive, self-directed operator who thrives without an established playbook and drives outcomes independently.
Unmatched attention to detail without sacrificing the velocity of an early-stage startup.
