StackAdapt's Growth Marketing team is at the heart of how we generate and convert demand, and email is one of our most powerful channels to drive brand growth and revenue. As we scale our go-to-market motion, we're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and evolve how we engage prospects and customers across every stage of their journey.
In this role, you will architect StackAdapt’s scalable lifecycle infrastructure— from nurture architecture to automation, segmentation, and multi-touch engagement programs. You'll have direct impact on our funnel conversion rates and pipeline generation, working at the intersection of strategy, data, and creative execution to move the right audiences through the funnel at the right time.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing. You will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Integrated Marketing, EMEA/APAC Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure lifecycle programs hit pipeline goals, messaging aligns with our core identity, and automation integrates with our CRM and Data Hub.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and execute end-to-end global lifecycle marketing programs, including lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and expansion workflows across email and owned channels to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Own the global promotional send calendar, audience segmentation, and frequency management to increase engagement across prospect and customer segments and protect deliverability.
- Build and manage marketing automation architecture — including segmentation logic, trigger-based workflows, and behavioral engagement programs to increase Lead-to-MQL conversion
- Write and edit high-converting email copy and own creative execution for promotional sends, bringing deep expertise in email copywriting, formats, layout, and design to every campaign.
- Own email channel strategy and performance, deploying rigorous A/B testing frameworks and deliverability optimizations to ensure continuous program and audience feedback improvements.
- Own email and lifecycle program reporting, building dashboards that track channel health to translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain audience segmentation models that enable personalized, relevant communication at scale across prospect and customer databases.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Integrated Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Sales to align lifecycle programs to pipeline targets and campaign calendars.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing, email marketing strategy, and marketing automation—with a track record of building programs that measurably improve funnel conversion.
- Expert-level email copywriting and creative judgment, with hands-on command of email formats, layout, responsive design, and rendering best practices across clients and devices.
- Prior working experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) and CRM systems, including building complex workflow logic and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical mindset the ability to independently deep dive into program performance and derive insights from campaign data, translate findings into optimizations, and communicate performance to stakeholders
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, Design, Regional Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and operate with autonomy in a remote-first organization.
- Experience managing global or multi-region email programs is preferred.
The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. We do not ask candidates about current or prior salary history, and we will not use such information, if volunteered, in setting an offer.
This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

- The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
