What you'll do

Events & Experiential Marketing: Coordinate the planning, production, and execution of key marketing events and activations, including CCXP, premieres, talent tours, and roadshows, in close alignment with the internal Marketing team and relevant stakeholders.
POS & In-Theater Marketing: Coordinate the production and implementation of POS materials, including standees, displays, posters, and other promotional assets. Partner closely with Sales and Senior Marketing teams to identify opportunities and implement effective in-theater strategies.
Budget & Financial Management: Support the management and control of the consumer marketing budget in close collaboration with the Finance team and Media Manager. Create and manage POs, follow up on invoices and payments, and ensure accurate and timely processing through systems such as Ariba and SAP.
Creative Vendors & BTL Agencies: Develop and manage relationships with creative vendors and BTL agencies, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services that support marketing initiatives.
Inventory & Logistics: Manage local inventories of premiums and POP materials, coordinating logistics activities such as shipments, imports, and distribution to ensure materials are available when and where needed
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Administration or related areas. MBA is a plus
- Fluent in English, writen and speaking. Spanish is a plus
- 5+ years working as Marketing coordinator focused on events
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and effectively function in an ever-changing business environment
- Knowledge of digital media and platforms
- Aware of the use of metrics, analytics and data to prepare Reports
- Technology enthusiast and trend hunter
