Position Summary
Working closely with the Group Brand Manager, you'll assist with the creation of marketing materials across multiple hospitality brands. Your responsibilities may include designing social media content for venue launches, preparing signage and promotional artwork, updating website content, developing merchandise concepts, supporting event setup, and assisting with day-to-day marketing administration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design work and the coordination required to get campaigns and events launched successfully.
Job Details
Work setup: Onsite (Eastwood)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm AWST
Holiday calendar: Australian Public Holidays. (Christmas and New Year are peak operating periods, so planned leave during this period must be coordinated in advance.)
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create engaging social media content for Facebook and Instagram and others
- Design print collateral including posters, flyers, menus, table talkers, signage and event materials
- Prepare artwork for professional printing and production
- Design assets across multiple brands while maintaining each venue's unique identity
- Follow and apply existing brand guidelines and style guides accurately
- Assist with the design of merchandise, promotional products and branded materials
- Create digital marketing assets for websites, email campaigns and online advertising
Marketing & Administration Support
- Assist with the setup and launch of venue events across various online platforms
- Coordinate marketing assets and campaign rollouts
- Help maintain marketing calendars and project schedules
- Upload and update website content
- Support venue managers with marketing requests
- Assist with light marketing administration and asset management
Qualifications
Essential
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop required
- Strong understanding of InDesign paragraph styles, character styles and document setup
- Ability to work across a variety of visual styles, brands and target audiences
- Strong attention to detail and excellent file organisation skills
- Understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
- Ability to interpret and follow brand guidelines consistently
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Competency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing platforms
Desirable
- Experience preparing artwork for print production
- Knowledge of print specifications, finishes and production processes
- WordPress website editing experience
- Basic web design skills
- Experience creating website graphics and digital assets
- Photography, videography or content creation experience
- Experience within hospitality, events or lifestyle brands
