We are looking for a Manager Data Analytics to establish and lead the day-to-day analytics capability within our Global Marketing organization. As the first dedicated data analytics expert in the team, you will have the opportunity to shape how we use data across brands, products, markets and consumer touchpoints.
This is an individual contributor analytics role that sits close to the business. You will work directly with marketing, product and portfolio stakeholders, helping them understand what the data means, what actions to take and how analytics can support better decisions for our brands and consumers. While embedded in Global Marketing, you will be connected to a broader community of analytics experts and work closely with our central Data & Data Science function.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with Global Marketing stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analytical requirements, KPIs and decision-ready insights
- Deliver analyses across areas such as product usage, NPS and voice of the customer, campaign performance, digital behavior, funnel performance and customer feedback
- Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports and self-service analytics solutions
- Combine information from different data sources and transform complex datasets into clear business stories, implications and recommendations
- Act as Global Marketing’s main interface to the central data and data science organization for advanced analytics and cross-functional projects
- Support test-and-learn initiatives, A/B testing and experimental approaches
- Manage recurring and ad hoc analytics requests while helping stakeholders prioritize the topics with the greatest business impact
What you bring
- A degree in data science, business analytics, statistics, economics, marketing analytics or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics or digital analytics
- Strong experience working with large and complex datasets and translating them into actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL and Excel; knowledge of Python or R is an advantage
- A good understanding of KPI frameworks, data visualization and applied business analytics
- A self-starting, structured and independent working style, combined with strong stakeholder-management skills
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
