  • UK business-energy experience, particularly TPI, Bespoke Half-Hourly or multisite selling, is preferred

We’re looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused sales professional to manage and grow an allocated portfolio of TPI (Third-Party Intermediary) accounts and Bespoke Half-Hourly opportunities. You’ll take ownership of the full sales journey, from qualification and pricing through to negotiation, contracting and handover, delivering agreed acquisition, renewal, revenue and margin targets while providing a responsive, high-quality partner experience.

Working closely with Sales Operations, Commercial teams and Channel Development Managers, you’ll play a key role in converting opportunities, strengthening partner relationships and identifying new growth and cross-sell opportunities. You’ll bring strong opportunity management, commercial judgement and attention to detail, ensuring accurate forecasting, effective tender coordination and disciplined follow-up, while using partner and market insight to help continuously improve propositions, conversion and customer outcomes.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Proven B2B sales, account management or opportunity conversion experience, with a track record of delivering sales objectives;

  • Experience managing multiple opportunities, tenders and customer requirements to deadlines, with strong pipeline, forecasting and CRM management skills;

  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working with third-party or intermediary partners;

  • Good understanding of commercial sales processes, including pricing, margin, negotiation, contracting, credit and governance;

  • Experience in the UK business-energy market, particularly TPI, Bespoke Half-Hourly or multisite sales, is desirable, with confident use of Salesforce or equivalent CRM and sales-reporting tools.
