Who this fits

You’ll suit a senior operator who can influence regional leaders, work across APAC markets, and connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. It is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement, and includes informal mentoring rather than stated direct people management.

Join us to put AI to work for people.

The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization in ServiceNow is responsible for driving revenue growth, adoption and customer success across all our direct and indirect sales channels.

As a high performing APAC team, we're looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to be a senior player across our APAC marketing insights and operations function. You will interact directly with regional business leaders and marketing teams across multiple APAC markets to play a key role in accelerating pipeline growth and progression, new opportunities, and be jointly accountable for revenue targets. You'll be responsible for driving marketing operations rigor across a defined portfolio of APAC markets or programs, coordinating closely with in-market teams, APAC Marketing Operations leadership, and Global Marketing Operations.

Crucial to your success is having a strong foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology, multi-faceted experience in integrated marketing strategy and program development, relationship management skills, cross-functional coordination, adaptability, and expertise in enterprise technology marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing operations strategy for an assigned portfolio of APAC markets or programs, continuously unlocking growth, effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to in-market marketing leaders on planning & budgeting, rhythm of business, insights & action planning, and process/automation/AI adoption.
  • Develop and transform the performance of marketing activities to build, accelerate and close pipeline, coordinating with in-market teams to apply consistent methodology.
  • Partner with the APAC Marketing Business Director and Marketing Operations leadership to implement budget, planning, forecasting and pipeline management tools across the assigned portfolio.
  • Run rhythm of business (ROB) cadences — cross-market reviews, measurement, and recovery actions — creating networks and coordination among cross-functional groups.
  • Accurately forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of marketing programs and campaigns against agreed KPIs/OKRs, aligned to standard sales models (pipeline stages, cycle length, net new revenue growth, buying group engagement, indirect revenue growth, and advocacy).
  • Deliver data and actionable insights that inform Quarterly Business Reviews and Pipeline reviews focused on improved performance.
  • Liaise regularly with the APAC Field Marketing, Global MOps, Global Programs, Strategy & Ops, and Sales teams to ensure business context, understanding of results, and access to program analysis.
  • Build positive working relationships across Major Areas and Global teams, effectively build consensus, and resolve issues within the project team. Work with our internal marketing systems to ensure maximum efficiency, data quality, buying group coverage & accuracy.
  • Be a test bed for innovation. Building & testing new processes, automation & AI that can help scale marketing operations and drive systematic growth.
  • Mentor and provide informal guidance to junior marketing operations team members across the portfolio, sharing lessons learned from successes and failures. Ensure self and others demonstrate strong ethics and cross-cultural sensitivity when balancing the needs of diverse in-market stakeholders.
  • Create templates and playbooks that can scale from a single-market to multi-market context.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Commerce, MBA well regarded) and 12+ years of overall experience, or an advanced degree with a marketing emphasis and equivalent experience, with a significant portion in high-tech/B2B marketing operations.
  • Demonstrable success operating across multiple markets or regions in dynamic, complex environments, with a proven ability to create consensus and influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to work independently, think, plan, and problem-solve strategically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a firm focus on execution within deadlines.
  • Experience in leveraging AI and applying critically thinking to work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Excellent, prescriptive communication and storytelling skills to deliver information across sales and marketing leaders as well as junior team members.
  • Extreme attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with a variety of stakeholders across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other functions.
  • Keen understanding of SaaS markets, business models, and buyer personas.
  • Data-driven, with experience using CRM and/or marketing automation software (Advanced MS Excel mandatory; advanced Power BI well received).
  • Experience managing budgets and vendors to deliver effective marketing programs across multiple markets.
