If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing ideas to life through impactful campaigns, this is your moment.

The Opportunity – Fixed Term Contract Until September 2027

As our Brand Marketing Specialist, you’ll help shape how some of SEPHORA UK’s most loved and exclusive brands come to life for our customers. Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and deliver omnichannel marketing plans for your assigned priority brand partners, SEPHORA Collection and First at SEPHORA product launches.

You’ll work closely with brand partners and teams across Marketing, Commercial and the wider business to turn ideas into memorable, high-impact campaigns. From coordinating launches and managing assets to tracking performance and identifying opportunities for growth, you’ll help ensure every activation is seamless, commercially effective and unmistakably SEPHORA.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with assigned priority brand partners, ensuring alignment on shared objectives and marketing plans.
  • Develop and deliver 360-degree omnichannel launch plans that reflect each brand’s identity, values and commercial ambition.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and cross-functional taskforces, keeping launch activity, deliverables and decisions on track.
  • Partner with wider Marketing teams to identify opportunities that strengthen campaigns and support ongoing brand growth.
  • Lead go-to-market plans for First at SEPHORA launches, exclusive product drops and seasonal activations.
  • Own and execute marketing plans for key SEPHORA Collection moments and new product launches, in partnership with local and central teams.
  • Manage campaign assets, timings and approvals, ensuring materials meet both SEPHORA and partner brand guidelines.
  • Manage allocated brand budgets, balancing creative ambition with commercial priorities.
  • Present launch plans and campaign updates to senior leadership, internal teams and brand partners.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, traffic, sales and promotional return on investment to evaluate performance.
  • Bring together post-launch reports and translate results into clear recommendations for future activity.
  • Coordinate external agency partners across areas such as events, production and media, ensuring delivery is on time, on brand and within budget.

What you’ll bring…

You’ll be a proactive and collaborative marketer with strong creative instincts and the organisation needed to turn plans into action. You’ll enjoy building trusted relationships, bringing different teams together and using insight to create campaigns that connect with customers and support commercial growth.

  • Experience in brand marketing, account management or retail marketing, ideally within beauty, luxury, FMCG or another consumer-focused environment.
  • Experience working directly with external brand partners and managing day-to-day relationships.
  • A strong understanding of integrated and omnichannel marketing, from planning through to launch and performance review.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, timelines and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to share plans, updates and recommendations with different audiences.
  • A commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales and digital marketing performance.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and prioritising investment effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing assets, brand guidelines, timings and approvals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, together with familiarity with digital and retail marketing platforms.
  • A relevant degree would be beneficial but is not essential if you bring strong practical experience, a genuine interest in the beauty industry and a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach.
