Our client is a leading healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) organization that partners with hospitals and health systems to improve financial performance through technology, data, and industry expertise. As their marketing initiatives continue to grow, they are seeking a Graphic Designer to create polished, professional visual assets that strengthen their brand and support both Marketing and Sales initiatives.
Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing and sales collateral that supports a variety of internal and external initiatives. The Graphic Designer will design presentations, one-pagers, case studies, digital marketing assets, and branded materials while supporting light video editing and collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to expand their creative skill set over time.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Sales Enablement
Design branded one-pagers, case studies, brochures, presentations, and other sales collateral.
Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and client-facing sales decks.
Ensure all creative assets align with established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Refresh and update existing marketing and sales materials as needed.
Marketing Support
Design graphics for email campaigns, LinkedIn, webinars, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative assets that support campaigns and business development efforts.
Create visual content that communicates complex healthcare products and services in a clear and engaging manner.
Video Editing
Perform light video editing using CapCut or similar software.
Edit webinar recordings by trimming content, removing filler words, adding captions, and preparing videos for distribution.
Support simple multimedia projects as needed.
Creative Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate them into polished visual assets.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Contribute creative ideas that strengthen marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts.
Qualifications
Experience
2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Experience creating marketing collateral for both digital and print.
Experience designing presentations, sales collateral, and branded digital assets.
Experience working in a B2B, healthcare, technology, finance, or other corporate environment is preferred.
Skills
Strong proficiency with Canva.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is preferred.
Basic experience with CapCut or similar video editing software.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
