You shape frameworks, define strategic choices and make sure insights play a natural part in how plans are developed and executed.

You also turn strategic direction into compelling narratives that make sense to leaders and teams across the organization.

Here are some of the areas you work with:

  • Creating strategic narratives, communication material, and engagement plans.
  • Preparing analyses, scenarios, and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Defining success metrics, objectives, and measurement structures.
  • Supporting alignment across markets to ensure coherent brand and communication execution.
  • Coaching colleagues and contributing to capability building within the strategy function.
