From the employer
Why Sana
Sana is an AI lab building superintelligence for work. We believe organizations can accomplish their missions faster when humans can effortlessly access knowledge, automate repetitive work, and learn anything with the help of agentic AI. As part of Workday, we are committed to building AI that augments people. If that’s a mission that excites you, you’re in the right place.
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market motion for one of Sana's highest-priority strategic opportunities: bringing our AI to one of the world's largest enterprise software ecosystems and the millions of employees who rely on it.
This is a rare greenfield opportunity with clear commercial stakes and a defined target customer. You won't be handed a playbook—you'll write it, moving across positioning, content, demand generation, events, and enablement to drive growth.
What you'll do
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline within an enterprise customer base.
Partner with product, sales, design, and CS to build a strong GTM motion.

Develop crisp messaging and produce high-quality content that clearly articulates our value and converts across the funnel.
Build repeatable systems and templates that scale with the motion over time.
Track performance obsessively and translate data into clear tactics.
Run on anything else within marketing that is an important problem to solve and you find interesting.

4+ years in B2B marketing at a high-growth SaaS or tech company, with ownership of meaningful commercial outcomes.
Full-stack marketing chops. You've run campaigns, written content, managed events, analyzed performance in multiple tools, and worked closely with sales.
As much love for execution as strategy. You know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
Builder mentality. You’re energized by ambiguity and greenfield problems and love to obsess over driving outcomes and hitting revenue targets.
Learned the value of ruthless prioritization and are intolerant of indecision.
Strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence across global teams and senior leadership.
Deep understanding of enterprise buying dynamics like long cycles, multiple stakeholders, trust-building over time.
Familiarity with AI or experience in deep tech sector communications, plus judgment in when and how to use AI to strengthen the work from yourself and those around you.
