ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an Integrated Media Buying Manager to strategize, execute, optimize and report upon successful paid advertising campaigns effectively for our partners, across CPG, healthcare, nonprofit, technology and other industries.
The Integrated Media Buying Manager will be an integral part of our fast-growing, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team. We will look to you to assist us in developing and executing media buys for our partners. The role entails planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on advertising campaigns across platforms and media for multiple concurrent clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly detailed, analytical, and solutions-oriented team player with strong relationship-building and communication skills. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and execute campaigns across various media platforms including Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads, Bing Ads, DSPs (StackAdapt), Retail Media Networks, etc.
- Meet with partners, prepare plans for media, organize budgets, and negotiate the costs of advertising with vendors when applicable
- Follow current market trends and understand our clients’ target consumer patterns
- Be an advocate for new systems and tools to continuously expand our advertising capabilities
- Works collaboratively as an enthusiastic advocate for our clients’ paid media campaigns and budgets
- Work with creative teams in directing content creation to ensure accurate specs and tracking
- Set up new ads within various social / digital platforms
- Execute digital marketing tactics including bid management, campaign performance tracking, and reporting
- Conduct regular data analysis, monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities
- Closely monitor budget pacing across all campaigns and platforms to ensure accurate budget spend as defined in the media plan
- Compile results and regularly report on campaign performance based on established KPIs and benchmarks
- Present reports to internal media team to communicate performance trends
- Assist with attribution tracking setup and other technical solutions for clients
- Participate in quality control by ensuring campaigns are set up correctly with the appropriate ad specs, tracking pixels in place, accurate budgets, targeting parameters, etc.
- Audit advertising efforts of clients’ competitors
- Identify new digital advertising opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Expert knowledge of major digital advertising platforms and respective tools
- Experience collaborating with traditional media vendors
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven optimization approach
- Working knowledge of Google Data Studio, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Familiarity with placements and pixels for on-site tracking implementations to ensure proper tracking
- Ability to analyze campaign data to drive marketing strategies and actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment among cross-functional teams, and able to discuss priorities with management on an ongoing basis
- Self-motivated problem solver with an innate sense of curiosity and desire to proactively develop their media knowledge

- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university. Advertising, Marketing, Business or Communications preferred.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $85,000–$105,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs. This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of SALT’s total rewards program.
