From the employer
Who Are We?
RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.
We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.
RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.
Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is the connective tissue between RZR's Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. Reporting to the CMO and working closely with the CEO and Product leadership, you will translate what RZR builds into what the market needs to hear — and ensure every product launch, capability update, and competitive development is backed by a clear go-to-market plan.
You will own competitive intelligence, positioning, sales enablement, and GTM execution across RZR's full product portfolio: retargeting, UA, and CTV. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who can hold their own in a product roadmap conversation and walk out of it with a crisp, buyer-ready story.
This role carries a significant retroactive mandate alongside go-forward responsibilities. RZR's existing product lines do not yet have formal PRDs or documented competitive analysis. You will build that foundation from scratch — working backward through the portfolio to produce the documentation, positioning, and intelligence that unlocks everything downstream: sales readiness, roadmap clarity, and a product-accurate base for marketing to build from.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning
- Own positioning for each product line — retargeting, UA, and CTV — and maintain a single source of truth on differentiation, buyer value, and competitive placement across sales, website, and executive communications
- Partner with the team on messaging to ensure positioning is grounded in roadmap reality and accurately reflected across all channels
Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution
- Build and lead GTM plans for each product line in close collaboration with the CMO and CEO: launch strategy, channel mix, success metrics, and cross-functional readiness across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Own post-launch reporting — adoption signals, sales uptake, competitive response — and refine the narrative based on what lands
Competitive Intelligence
- Own RZR's competitive landscape across DSPs, retargeting, CTV, and adjacent categories — maintaining battle cards, comparison frameworks, and objection handling guides the Sales team actually uses
- Track competitor moves in real time and brief Sales leadership and executive stakeholders with actionable guidance, not just information
Sales Enablement
- Build and maintain the materials Sales needs to open doors and move deals: one-pagers, pitch decks, capability briefs, and vertical-specific leave-behinds
- Run regular Sales training on product narrative and competitive positioning; partner with Sales leadership to identify gaps in the buyer journey and close them
Retroactive PRD and Competitive Documentation
- Build PRDs and full competitive analyses from scratch for all existing product lines — retargeting, UA, and CTV — working directly with Product and Engineering to document current capabilities, differentiation, and known gaps
- This retroactive foundation is sequenced first: it informs everything downstream — sales enablement, GTM plans, messaging, and future product development — and is treated as time-boxed work completed before net-new launch support begins
Product Requirements and Cross-Functional Alignment
- Represent the market and buyer voice in product discussions — surfacing win/loss signals, customer feedback, and competitive gaps into product inputs — and partner on commercial viability and timing
- Bridge Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering across sprint reviews, roadmap planning, and launch readiness so strategic decisions don't fall between teams
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 to 8 years in product management or product marketing, with demonstrated ownership of GTM strategy and sales enablement — not just execution support
- Experience in adtech, martech, or performance-driven SaaS; DSP or programmatic exposure is a plus but not a hard requirement
- Demonstrated ability to write PRDs and build competitive analysis documentation — including retroactively for existing products without formal documentation
- Proven track record building and executing GTM plans for technical or platform products
- Has built battle cards, positioning guides, and sales enablement tools that Sales actually uses — in any category
- Experience working directly with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization and launch readiness
- Strong written communication — can translate complex product capabilities into clear, buyer-relevant language
- Comfortable presenting to Sales leadership, conducting stakeholder interviews, and representing the marketing point of view in product meetings
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple product lines and a significant retroactive documentation workload in parallel with go-forward execution
Why Join RZR?
- Direct access to the CMO, CEO, and Product leadership — you will shape RZR's product narrative from the inside, not from a downstream request queue
- Build the PMM function from scratch across a full multi-product portfolio: retargeting, UA, and CTV — real greenfield ownership, not maintenance
- Work at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing with genuine influence over how RZR goes to market across every product and channel
- A product story that is genuinely differentiated in a crowded market — AI-native, performance-first, and scaling fast with an active M&A pipeline
- Clear path to Senior PMM or Director of Product Marketing as the portfolio grows and the team scales around you
Our Values
RZR operates by eight core behaviors: Extreme Ownership · Move Fast · Drive for Excellence · Proactive Communication · Courage · Curiosity · Deliver Results · Manage Ambiguity
