Strong MS Office skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
An organized, proactive, service-focused approach with clear communication, teamwork, and close attention to detail
Retail experience or a genuine interest in the sector is valued

Como Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Trainee, formarás parte del equipo de Iberia y tendrás un papel esencial en el soporte operativo de la implementación del nuevo ATS en la compañía.

Serán parte de tus responsabilidades:

Apoyar la implantación del nuevo ATS: revisión de contenidos, traducciones, gestión de manuales/guías, materiales de apoyo y formaciones.
Gestionar el canal de soporte (mail o sistema de tickets): resolviendo dudas o incidencias derivadas de los sistemas o procesos de selección.
Colaborar en iniciativas de Employer Branding alineadas con la filosofía y valores de Rituals.
Apoyar en estrategias de búsqueda y atracción de talento para cubrir las necesidades a nivel retail y oficinas en ambos países.

What we are looking for

Formación actual en RR.HH., Psicología, Relaciones Laborales o similar (imprescindible poder firmar convenio de prácticas).
Nivel de Inglés alto (trabajarás en un entorno internacional y con documentación en inglés).
Se valorará experiencia previa o interés por el sector Retail.
Buen dominio de MS Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
Eres una persona organizada, proactiva y con mentalidad de servicio. Te gusta ayudar, proponer mejoras y trabajar en equipo.
Excelente capacidad de comunicación y atención al detalle.
