Rhombus Power is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Enabler to support our growing Business Development, Sales, and Product teams.

This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for enabling our go-to-market organization through marketing execution, customer engagement, strategic communications, and business development support. You'll help ensure our customer-facing teams have the content, coordination, and resources needed to effectively engage defense, government, and commercial stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable coordinating high-profile events, developing compelling marketing content, supporting business development initiatives, and working across teams to bring ideas to execution. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and enjoys bringing structure and organization to a growing company.

Due to the nature of this role, U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidates with an active Secret or Top Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain one, are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities 

  • Partner closely with Business Development, Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to support go-to-market initiatives and customer engagement efforts.
  • Coordinate Rhombus' presence at conferences, trade shows, customer demonstrations, and strategic events, including logistics, marketing collateral, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage inbound inquiries from prospective customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, ensuring timely coordination with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing presentations, marketing collateral, newsletters, case studies, one-pagers, and other materials supporting sales and business development efforts.
  • Draft and manage executive communications across social media, company announcements, thought leadership content, and strategic marketing campaigns while maintaining a consistent company voice.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Recruiting, and Executive Leadership to ensure messaging accurately reflects Rhombus' capabilities, product roadmap, and mission.
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend opportunities to improve outreach, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, marketing assets, and sales enablement materials that help the team communicate more effectively with customers and partners.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, business development, customer success, communications, or related roles within a technology company or startup.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, technical, and government audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, customer events, or executive engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting federal, defense, aerospace, intelligence, or national security organizations.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales and marketing organizations.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content management, email campaigns, or marketing analytics is a plus.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
