Background in industrial integration, project development, marketing, or field applications engineering
Strong knowledge of industrial systems plus go-to-market and customer communication experience

Act as leader of solution marketing team for Industrial systems.
Leadership to support team development, set right target and drive internal & external resource towards goal
Work with sales and business unit partners on system solution demand analysis per market trend through customer early engagement, work with architecture and solution engineering team to define and build the right and competitive solutions.
Support solution go-to-market activities, including solution launch, internal and external training, key customer project tracking and customer validation.
Coordinate with cross-functional and global internal teams on new product proposal from application view.
Review and analyze market reports to contribute insights, recommendations, and optimize solution opportunities accordingly.

BA or MA degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Industrial company or semiconductor company, with a strong focus on Industrial applications and Industrial semiconductors.
Experienced in leader role with leadership mindset and skills, understand strategy setting and resource deployment.
Proven experience in role of industrial system integration, project development, marketing, FAE, etc.
Deep understanding of Industrial systems, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, appliances, power tools, solar energy, healthcare, etc.
Skilful or experienced in go-to-market activities, including product/solution demand collection, market strategy setting and promotion.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers, business leaders, and distributors.
