About the Job:
The Red Hat Global Business Delivery Team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will perform sales operations activities to support the Red Hat Executive team.
You'll conduct thorough and ongoing data validation, consolidation, cleansing, and maintenance, as well as support mission-critical initiatives. We'll need you to be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be committed to contributing to Red Hat's operational success.
What You'll Do:
- Leverage RHSC dashboards and reporting to maximize actionable and informative data.
- Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues.
- Perform mass data imports and exports using APIs or various import tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs, ensuring priorities are enabled within the Sales team.
- Monitor sales organization compliance with required standards for maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) data.
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Complete all deliverables in a timely fashion, ensuring proper quality checks, analytics, business context reviews, and revisions as required.
- Leverage approved AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency within existing support processes.
- Develop an understanding of Red Hat's workflows and a deep understanding of our policies.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree; an equivalent degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Internship or similar industry experience in opportunity management within any CRM.
- Ability to understand and transform data to meet customer needs and business context in a customer-friendly, quality-first manner.
- Good analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large datasets while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Understanding of the IT sales lifecycle, Sales Operations, and Route to Market.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
