The National Account Manager (NAM), Emerging Channels, plays a key role in bringing Red Bull’s strategy to life across a portfolio of growing Foodservice Management Company (FMC) partners, within the healthcare segment. This role is focused on driving sustainable growth, building strong partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to expand Red Bull’s presence within emerging channels.
The NAM will take an entrepreneurial approach to account management, developing and executing strategic business plans, leading initiatives to secure new business, and creating both vertical and horizontal route-to-market strategies that deliver long-term success. Success in this role requires a growth mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
Working closely with cross-functional partners across Field Sales, On Premise Key Accounts, On Premise Distribution, and On Premise Marketing, the National Account Manager will collaborate to execute strategies, unlock new opportunities, and drive impactful results for Red Bull and its customers.
NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Builds mutually beneficial relationships with account decisionmakers and stakeholders.
Customizes presentations using insights to meet customer needs.
Negotiates contracts to drive execution, visibility, and programming (i.e. marketing, staff programming) while maintaining appropriate spends per case.
Consistently grows the pipeline of emerging FMC accounts to drive net new sales volume and programming.
Conducts business reviews and holds partners accountable to deliver upon agreed upon execution and programs.
Participates in relevant Trade Shows and Conferences.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP
Collaborates with Distribution, Marketing, Brand, and Category teams to prioritize FMC customers.
Helps horizontally and vertically grow Red Bull’s route-to-market universe through existing or new distributor partnerships.
Communicates with key stakeholders within the Business Units/ Regions to drive execution and to provide and receive account and program feedback.
Conducts regular reviews with Senior Directors of on Premise and Directors of On Premise to view program results and plans.
Aligns with key Distributor Partners in the Regions to keep National Accounts top of mind and to drive business initiatives and accountability.
CATEGORY LEADERSHIP
Leads efforts in Non-Commercial channels to establish key priorities and position Red Bull as a top-tier partner.
Helps develop category insights and support channel execution.
Identifies and shares best practices to win new customers and stand out from competitors.
BUSINESS REVIEWS & REPORTING
Tracks monthly sales volumes and analyzes distribution reports to mitigate gaps.
Conducts quarterly sales and financial target reviews, including competitive analysis.
Evaluates post-campaign effectiveness to optimize future investments.
Oversees account budgets with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
5+ years of FMC account management or marketing strategy preferably with experience leading strategic planning across teams.
Experience in beverage or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industries preferred.
Strong ability to translate category insights into operational success
Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources/insights.
Advanced strategic thinking, planning, financial management, decision-making, sales presentation, & negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
The base salary range for this position is $124,000 - 186,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
