What you'll do

Dein Arbeitsplatz:
- Diese Position ist hybrid und erfordert an 2 Tagen pro Woche Anwesenheit am Standort in Hückelhoven.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige und proaktive Unterstützung des Vice President und General Manager Customer Logistics Europe & Asia sowie dessen nationaler und internationaler Teams in der administrativen und organisatorischen Abwicklung des operativen Geschäfts
- Unterstützung des VP bei analytischen, strategischen und konzeptionellen Aufgaben, auch auf internationaler Ebene
- Inhaltliches Vorantreiben der strategisch relevanten Logistikthemen, sowohl im Tagesgeschäft als auch in Projekten (national und international), Übernahme von Projektmanagementaufgaben
- Selbstständige Erstellung von Unterlagen und Präsentationen zu unterschiedlichsten Themenstellungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Terminen, Geschäftsreisen und koordinierst Veranstaltungen
- Schnittstelle für interne und externe Kontakte über unterschiedliche Hierarchieebenen hinweg
- Entwicklung von internen Kommunikationsstrategien auch über den Standort hinweg
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung interner und externer Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Was Du mitbringst:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt oder vergleichbares Studium
- Du hast Interesse an wechselnden Aufgaben, neuen Herausforderungen und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
- Du bringst sehr gute Fachkenntnisse im Controlling und ein ausbaufähiges Zahlenverständnis mit
- Deine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationskompetenz tragen dazu bei, eine positive und produktive Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen
- Du bringst sehr gute IT-Anwendungs-Kenntnisse mit (Office 365, Coupa, SAP)
- Du besitzt sehr gute Englisch- & Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen wünschenswert
