This position offers broad ownership of initiatives that improve dealer execution and support PG&A retail sales growth across the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PG&A retail strategy and execution within the Polaris Retail Experience across ORV, Seasonal, and Parts & Oil businesses, translating priorities into merchandising, in-store activation, and dealer execution plans.
  • Develop and improve dealer-facing merchandising tools, including planograms, point-of-purchase displays, retail standards, signage, and in-store marketing support designed to improve PG&A sell-through.
  • Lead dealer digital marketing programs, including Certified Dealer Websites and related digital tools, to strengthen PG&A visibility, dealer adoption, and local retail activation.
  • Develop dealer-facing digital assets, co-marketing opportunities, and local activation support that help dealers promote PG&A products through digital and social channels.
  • Serve as the PG&A marketing lead for dealer-facing events and channel activation programs, translating key initiatives into clear dealer experiences and field-ready execution plans.
  • Support dealer shows, sales meetings, experiential activations, and other priority channel events by developing merchandising, signage, retail support, and activation plans.
  • Partner with Product Line Sales, category teams, field sales, digital marketing, Polaris Retail Experience, and Whole Goods Channel Marketing to align PG&A priorities, promotions, and retail execution goals.
  • Analyze retail, inventory, stocking, promotion, and dealer performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across categories, regions, and dealer segments.
  • Translate performance insights, field feedback, and dealer needs into actionable recommendations that improve execution, retail sales, promotional sell-through, and customer experience.
  • Monitor competitive dealer programs, merchandising strategies, promotional activity, product launches, and retail execution approaches, and translate findings into recommendations for category planning, dealer activation, and field sales.

Desired Competencies:

  • Business Acumen: You understand how your work impacts financial performance, operational efficiency, and organizational goals, and you make decisions with the broader business context in mind.
  • Collaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.

  • Strong understanding of retail execution, merchandising strategy, planograms, point-of-purchase displays, in-store activation, and dealer-facing sales support.
  • Ability to analyze retail, inventory, stocking, promotional, competitive, and dealer performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and executable plans.
  • Strong communication, project management, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, category management, and field sales teams.
