The Senior Field Marketing Manager leads integrated marketing strategy and demand generation for the US Central region for mid-market and enterprise accounts. As the primary marketing partner to Sales, this role is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, support revenue goals, and strengthen sales and marketing alignment. Success in this role requires expertise in field marketing, events, account-based marketing (ABM), and pipeline management, along with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional demand generation strategies to achieve pipeline and revenue goals for the Enterprise sales organization.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to align marketing programs with business priorities.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, events, ABM initiatives, and partner programs targeting executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance through pipeline reporting, campaign measurement, and deal progression analysis.
  • Maintain regular communication and business reviews with sales stakeholders.
  • Manage regional marketing calendars and ensure alignment with corporate and partner initiatives.
  • Leverage brand, digital, social, and local marketing channels to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6–10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of executing successful integrated marketing programs.
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience in a high-tech or software company.
  • Experience with ABM, events, digital marketing, social media, and demand generation.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) markets preferred.
  • Strong ability to partner with sales teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple programs and priorities in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.
  • High energy, initiative, and adaptability.

 

Compensation Hiring Range: 

$119,000 to $160,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
