What we're looking for

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Performance Marketing Video Editor to help us produce high-converting, UGC-style videos for our campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to turn raw, influencer-style and customer-generated footage into engaging ads that grab attention and drive results. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid editing skills who’s eager to learn the ropes of performance-driven creative and grow in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Edit high-performing, UGC-style video ads for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and other social channels

  • Transform raw influencer, creator, or customer footage into polished, scroll-stopping ads

  • Work with performance marketers and creative strategists to understand campaign goals and optimize edits for conversions

  • Create multiple variations and cutdowns for rapid testing and iteration

  • Apply brand guidelines while keeping content authentic, relatable, and platform-specific
