You communicate fluently and accurately in Dutch and speak fluent English
You care strongly about clear communication and customer satisfaction
You can complete a voluntary internship lasting from ten weeks to five months
You can start in October or November, with other timing open for discussion

Who this fits

This role suits a student who enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly, and exploring fragrance with them. You must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, with office and home working both possible. The internship can be full-time or part-time, and French or Flemish is an advantage.

This is what we look for in our ideal Customer Happiness & Communication Intern

You are currently enrolled in an HBO/WO programme in Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, Communication, or a similar field;
You’re available to start in October or November (earlier or later? We’re open to discuss);
You have a strong affinity with communication and customer satisfaction;
You speak and write fluent, error-free Dutch;
You speak fluent English; French/Flemish is a plus;
You are looking for a (voluntary) internship of 10 weeks up to 5 months
