What you'll do

  • Own one product’s organic growth from strategy through execution and measurement
  • Set keyword direction, shape content architecture, and manage briefs, edits, and new pages
  • Resolve technical SEO issues, prepare developer tickets, and check the work that ships
  • Track GSC, GA4, and Ahrefs data, then explain weekly movements and monthly performance
  • Bring SEO into product planning, improve AI-search visibility, and share learnings across the team

What you bring

  • At least two years of hands-on SEO work, including a project you led independently from strategy to results
  • Practical technical SEO ability across crawling, indexation, redirects, structured data, and developer collaboration
  • Content SEO experience spanning research, architecture, briefing, writing, and page optimization
  • Working knowledge of GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or similar tools, and Screaming Frog, with clear data interpretation
  • Fluent written and spoken English, plus the ability to advocate for SEO priorities with product, development, and design teams

Who this fits

You’ll suit this role if you can take full responsibility for one product while working as part of an internal SEO agency across multiple products. Agency work or experience switching between clients or products is useful, as are backgrounds in consumer apps, SaaS, fintech, AI tools, reward-based products, digital PR, or link building. The role is hybrid, and WordPress or Next.js familiarity is a plus

From the employer

We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge web data gathering solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.
What’s in store for you:You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.

In this role, you’ll:

Our SEO team works as an internal agency for a portfolio of 6 products. You'll take one of those products and own its organic growth end to end: strategy, execution, and results. Day to day, that means:
  • Set the SEO strategy for your product: quarterly goals, priorities, and the roadmap to hit them
  • Run keyword research and shape the site's content architecture around it
  • Handle technical SEO hands-on: crawls, redirects, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and multilingual (hreflang) setup
  • Write clear specs and tickets for developers, then QA what ships
  • Plan the content calendar, brief writers, and write or edit landing pages and articles yourself when it matters
  • Optimize existing content: on-page updates, internal linking, FAQs, and periodic audits to consolidate or prune what isn't working
  • Grow the product's visibility in AI search
  • Work with the off-site team to set link priorities for your product and keep the backlink profile clean
  • Own the numbers: GSC, GA4, and Ahrefs reporting, with weekly KPI tracking and monthly reports that explain why things moved, not just what
  • Be the SEO voice in product planning, so search is considered before things get built, not after
  • Share tools, templates, and learnings with the rest of the SEO team.

Your skills & experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least one project you ran independently from strategy to results
  • Solid technical SEO skills: you can crawl a site, diagnose indexation, redirect, and structured data issues, and write a ticket a developer can act on
  • Experience with content SEO, from keyword research and content architecture to briefing, writing, and optimizing pages
  • Confident with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs (or similar), and Screaming Frog, and able to turn the data into a clear explanation of what happened and what to do next
  • Understanding of how AI search works and how to improve a brand's visibility in LLMs
  • Comfortable working directly with product managers, developers, and designers, and able to argue for SEO priorities with data
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, with a strong eye for clear copy.
  • Nice to have:
  • Agency experience, or any setup where you juggled several clients or products at once and had to switch context fast
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Next.js sites
  • Background in consumer apps, SaaS, fintech, AI tools, or reward-based products. We work across several niches, so breadth is a plus
  • Experience with digital PR or link building.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Gross salary: 3200-4600 EUR/month. We are open to discussing the salary based on your skills and competencies.
  • Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.
  • Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.
  • Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.
  • Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here: https://career.oxylabs.io/blog/our-work-benefits/.
