What you bring

Bring at least three years of SEO experience and one year leading a team
Show measurable organic growth, including higher traffic and business impact
Own SEO initiatives from initial planning through delivery and results
Cover on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with strong reporting and analytics skills
Communicate fluently in English and understand wider digital marketing channels

In this role, you’ll:

Develop and execute SEO strategy to boost search visibility and drive organic leads.
Conduct keyword research, prioritize growth opportunities and guide content creators.
Develop and implement high-quality backlinks building strategy.
Oversee technical SEO health.
Collaborate with content, product and engineering teams to optimize website.
Collaborate with data team to refine needed reports and drive insights.
Stay on top of industry trends and AI optimization opportunities.

Your skills & experience:

3+ years of experience working in SEO field.
1 year of team management experience.
A history of driving significant, measurable organic growth, with specific examples of increasing traffic and contributing to business goals.
Previous experience owning SEO projects from planning to execution and results.
Expertise in all three pillars of SEO: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
A strong sense of ownership and a high drive for results.
Reporting skills: ability to track and present changes in an automated way.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools.
Fluency in English.
