NSF is looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to support the growth of our global Water business. This highly visible role will focus on strategic marketing initiatives, market intelligence, commercialization and customer insights across key growth regions.
While contributing to the Water division's broader growth strategy, much of the role is focused on understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities and helping bring new and existing services successfully to market, rather than leading the overall business strategy. Working closely with commercial, innovation, technical and regional teams, you'll help drive business decisions and contribute to the continued success of one of NSF's most established and growing business units.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, commercialization, product marketing, business development or related commercial roles
- Experience within water treatment, drinking water, water systems, water safety, water chemistry or closely related industries.
- Ability to translate customer and market insights into commercial opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead without direct authority
- Experience working across international and cross-functional teams
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business impact
- Professional fluency in English
- Experience across Europe and/or APAC markets would be advantageous
- Experience with digital marketing technologies and AI-enabled tools would be beneficial
