Provider Relations & Marketing Manager

The Provider Relations & Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing strategies to drive referrals and ensure that prospective patients are successfully converted into scheduled appointments. This role requires a proactive approach to physician outreach, community engagement, in-office referral processing, and digital marketing to grow the patient base. The Marketing Manager will work closely with providers, administrative staff, and external partners to support practices in Utah and Colorado.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required

  • 3+ years of prior sales experience required

  • Prior physician office and neurology experience highly preferred

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and CRM tools preferred

  • Ability to multitask, analyze data, and develop marketing strategies

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and executes marketing initiatives to increase patient referrals and appointment conversion rates

  • Builds and maintains relationships with referring providers, including primary care and specialty physicians, through regular outreach and engagement efforts

  • Identifies new referral sources and opportunities for practice growth through data analysis and market research

  • Plans and coordinates community outreach events, physician networking opportunities, and educational seminars to promote the practice

  • Manages digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media content, and patient reviews responses

  • Identifies and resolves barriers to scheduling, such as insurance issues, provider availability, and patient concerns, to improve referral conversion rates

  • Tracks and analyzes referral trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance marketing and outreach strategies

  • Performs other duties as required
