The current arrangement places you in the office four days weekly and remote one day, though business needs may make it fully onsite. Pre-hire fingerprinting is required for FINRA licensing or associated-person status.

Role Overview:
Our local General Office is seeking a customer service professional to support our agents and management team. As a Service Representative, you’ll work with our Partners to onboard new agents—overseeing the contracting process so they can begin selling New York Life insurance. You will be a steward of the onboarding process—assisting with turning candidates into ready-to-sell agents and keeping everything running smoothly for our Partners.
What You’ll Do:

Perform tasks in the contracting system to advance contracts along in the process.

Track background-check and fingerprint results; follow up with Partners; escalate issues as needed.

Review onboarding paperwork for completeness and accuracy; resolve data or documentation gaps.

Communicate with Partners to provide candidate status updates and answer questions

Process forms to ensure agents are integrated in our systems correctly

Assist with in-person administrative responsibilities to provide the support required of the Managing Partner within the General Office such as phone assistance, calendaring and executive correspondence.
This position currently follows a 4/1 schedule, with four days in the office and one day remote. This schedule may change to five days in the office based on business needs.

Training & Development
Customer Service Representatives receive on-the-job training to learn about the insurance industry, product and policy provisions, and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback are provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.
Shift Information
This is a full-time onsite position Monday through Friday. Candidates should be flexible to work any 7.5-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
