POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Specialist, Internal Communications brings Nestlé USA's business, brand, people and culture stories to life through clear, compelling communications. Working across the organization, this role identifies and elevates stories, translates complex priorities into engaging content, and helps employees connect their work to the company's strategy and goals, purpose & brands.
As part of the Internal Communications team, this role develops content across channels and formats and supports key business priorities, organizational changes, employee campaigns and enterprise events. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and creative storyteller who can connect individual initiatives to the broader Nestlé USA narrative.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop clear, engaging communications that bring Nestlé USA’s strategy, priorities, brands, people and culture to life.

Identify and develop stories from across the organization, connecting team and functional successes to the broader Nestlé USA narrative.

Create content across multiple formats and channels, including leadership messages, announcements, presentations, videos, digital communications and employee campaigns.

Translate complex business topics into simple, relevant messages that explain what is changing, why it matters and how employees contribute.

Support communication plans for business priorities, organizational changes and transformation initiatives.

Partner with communications colleagues and cross-functional teams to gather information, shape narratives and deliver cohesive communications.

Help plan and execute Town Halls, leadership meetings and other employee communication events.

Contribute to recurring employee communications, leader resources, toolkits and enterprise channels.

Bring forward fresh ideas and new approaches to strengthen employee storytelling and engagement.

Ensure communications are accurate, consistent and aligned with company priorities and messaging.

Use employee feedback and communication performance insights to recommend improvements.

Stay current on communications trends, channels and best practices.
EXPERIENCE
-
4 to 8 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, public relations or a related field.

Strong writing, editing and storytelling experience across multiple formats and channels.

Experience developing and executing communication plans, campaigns or employee engagement programs.

Experience creating digital and visual content, including presentations, videos or social assets.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL
Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related business or marketing field.
Salary: $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
