- A record of meeting sales quotas through consultative, value-based solution selling
- Business-level English across reading, writing, speaking, and listening; Indonesian-language ability is preferred

The NCR Financial Services business knows that financial institutions and other players in the financial ecosystem must evolve, adapt and transform to meet increasing consumer expectations, the disruptive impact of technology and burden of regulatory oversight. NCR sells Financial Services Solutions including retail and digital Banking, Self Service Reinvention, Fraud and Security, Branch Transformation, Channel Management and Payments and Transaction Processing.
Summary of Position:
As our Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for account planning to maintain and grow our financial services accounts. The focus is to developed profitable sales of our self-service banking solutions, such as ATMs, including the hardware / software, professional and managed services.
We are looking for an individual who has worked closely with the banking sector in Indonesia, to build upon customer relationships and ensure all customer requirements are identified to drive volume and growth.
This role requires strong relationship management, consultative sales and account development and management skills to achieve optimum customer satisfaction and maximize revenue and profitability within your assigned accounts.
The position will report to the Managing Director India & Executive Vice President Sales SEA.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer relationships ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met driving volume and growth into these user accounts
- Key liaison between the customer, sales support teams, the factory, product management and other internal resources
- Responsible for any prospect opportunity within their assigned account base
- Schedule and conduct regular customer meetings to discuss customer-specific issues, review performance and value, ongoing projects and rollouts, and to position new solutions.
- Work closely with NCR appointed channel partners.
- Establish & maintain executive level engagement with CXO & CIO levels in the bank.
- Continually fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities and execute winning sales campaigns to deliver quarter on quarter growth from those opportunities
- Obtain customer or industry information that assists in responding to customer's needs and requirements
- Capitalizes on industry knowledge and customer contacts to uncover future business opportunities
- Responds to competitive threats to maximize NCR’s customer retention rate
- The role to start with will be an individual contributor roll with growth opportunity to lead a team.
- Understand the formal and informal decision making process within each of the accounts
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce (MBA preferred)
- 15 years of proven sales experience
- Proven experience in the Financial industry with strong relationships Strategic account and relationship planning exposure
- Entrepreneurial drive, constant efforts for self-development, enthusiasm for learning new technologies
- Experience in selling solutions – infrastructure & software applications are highly advantageous
- Proven sales success in attaining quota objectives
- Proven success in managing large account relationships & large value deals
- Ability to develop senior level business relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated performance and ability to sell value through a Consultative Selling approach
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with capability to lead a diverse team.
- Business-level English is required (Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening) and local language speaking proficiency is preferred
