¿Cuál será tu misión?
Dar soporte al área de Market Research & Category Management, colaborando en el análisis de información comercial y de mercado que contribuya a optimizar el surtido de productos, mejorar la rentabilidad de las farmacias e identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Tus principales responsabilidades
📊 Análisis de mercado y categorías
Mantener y actualizar el maestro de productos por categorías, garantizando la calidad, organización y disponibilidad de la información.
Analizar ventas, stock y rendimiento de categorías y marcas para identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento.
Elaborar informes y presentaciones que faciliten la toma de decisiones del equipo.
🛒 Visual Merchandising
Apoyar la implementación de estrategias y políticas de visual merchandising en farmacia.
Colaborar en la optimización del surtido y posicionamiento de productos para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y maximizar las ventas.
📈 Detección de oportunidades
Identificar tendencias de mercado, alertas, riesgos y oportunidades comerciales.
Realizar seguimiento de indicadores y proporcionar insights relevantes para el negocio.
Participar en proyectos de análisis orientados a mejorar la rentabilidad y competitividad de las farmacias.

Formación
Estudiante de último curso o recién graduado/a en:
Investigación de Mercados
Marketing
Administración y Dirección de Empresas
Economía
Estadística o áreas afines
Conocimientos y habilidades
Capacidad analítica y facilidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos.
Nivel medio-alto de Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint.
Interés por el análisis comercial, retail y comportamiento del consumidor.
Proactividad, autonomía y orientación al aprendizaje.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.
