Department Overview

The Brand & Communications team develops and executes employer branding and communication strategies. Our work combines external and internal branding, public relations, social media management, content creation, and internal communication, all aimed at building a strong brand reputation in Poland, fostering employee engagement, and cultivating positive relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, enhance skills, and build a professional portfolio.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative Brand Graphic Design Trainee to support our Brand and Communications Team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the development and execution of visually compelling brand assets. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, passionate about design, and ready to make a significant contribution to the branding space.

Basic Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Passion for graphics, branding, and visual communication.

• Bonus: Experience with video editing software.

• At least one year cooperation (Contract of Employment only)

• Availability to work full time

• Availability to work two days a week from our office in Kraków (Czerwone Maki 82)
