What you'll do

- Understand Instagram and TikTok at a native level, including formats, trends, creator etiquette and content performance
- Write outreach that earns replies and feel confident approaching new people every day
- Manage fifty-plus active conversations while staying organized and comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting
- Speak and write English fluently; Dutch and/or Spanish, creator contacts, or affiliate experience are advantages
Who this fits
This role suits an outgoing, persistent and curious junior who understands Moco's bold, playful identity and can recognize creators who fit it. You'll build the influencer function from the ground up across three cities and represent Moco at creator events, openings and activations. Valid work authorization for the Netherlands is required, along with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends.

- Own creator outreach for Amsterdam, Barcelona and London: identify, approach and book influencers to visit and post about Moco — fully in-house, no agencies.
- Deliver a monthly target of confirmed creator visits and published posts per city, agreed with the Brand Manager.
- Run the full creator journey end-to-end: first DM or email, briefing (including our content guidelines, tags and search keywords), museum visit, follow-up and repost.
- Build and grow our ambassador community: turn the best one-off collaborations into long-term relationships that keep creating for Moco throughout the year.
- Grow our affiliate programme: recruit creators into it, manage their codes and links, and keep them active and performing.
- Maintain the influencer database and deliver a clear monthly report: visits, posts, reach, engagement and affiliate sales per city.
- Scout new talent daily — trending creators, local voices in our three cities, and profiles that match upcoming exhibitions and campaigns.
- Work closely with the content team on reposting creator content, and with the wider Brand Team on campaigns, events and openings where creators play a role.
- Represent Moco at creator events, openings and activations — you are the face our creators know.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR or community management (internships count) — or a personal track record that proves you can do this.
- Deep, native-level understanding of Instagram and TikTok: formats, trends, creator etiquette and what makes content perform.
- Excellent written communication — your outreach messages get replies.
- Confident, extroverted and comfortable approaching new people every single day.
- Highly organized: you can run 50+ conversations at once without dropping one.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting; you back up your work with numbers.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Dutch and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
- Valid work authorization for the Netherlands.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for creator visits and events.
- Bonus: an existing network of creators, or experience with affiliate or ambassador programmes.
