The Market Sales Leader is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding a team that executes with discipline and rigor. What you need to have:
7–12+ years of experience in consultative or strategic sales.

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams and drive net-new business growth.
Strong experience managing complex sales cycles, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and CRM rigor.
Demonstrated capability to coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve results.
