What you'll do

- Understand TLA business logic and clinical laboratory workflows; LIS, middleware, and instrument integration knowledge is preferred

Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the full product lifecycle of Mindray IVD TLA/IT solutions within the Latam market, ensuring alignment with regional LATAM strategy.
2. Develop local product marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to support the team in achieving business targets.
3. Build product sales enablement toolkits and deliver product training to internal teams and external distributors.
4. Identify and interpret customer needs, working closely with regional teams and upstream/downstream departments to drive product iterations that address local market requirements.
5. Provide pre-sales technical marketing support for key TLA projects, including solution briefs, competitive comparison materials, and tender/bidding documentation.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioelectronics, or a related field.
2.At least 3 years of experience in IVD/laboratory TLA/IT product marketing and sales, product management, or related services.
3. Proficient in English as a working language, with willingness and ability to travel for business.
4. Familiarity with total laboratory automation (TLA) business logic; knowledge of LIS, middleware, and instrument integration is preferred; solid understanding of clinical laboratory workflows.
