This role is based in Bedford/Burlington MA, USA.
Your Role:
As a Senior Change Communication Manager, you will drive the end-to-end communication strategy for complex product changes across our Process Solutions portfolio — from defining the core messaging framework and cadence to shaping the content of change notifications, product information letters, and customer summary reports as a subject matter expert. You will serve as the critical bridge between our operational, manufacturing, and quality teams on one side, and our commercial organization on the other — translating highly technical internal knowledge into clear, actionable messaging that equips sales teams to have meaningful conversations with customers. You will also continuously improve the way our team works and communicates — refining internal processes, communication frameworks, and ways of working — with our internal digital information hub being one key tool in that effort, ensuring our commercial teams always have the right information at their fingertips. The purpose of this role solves the challenge of leading complex product changes communication by translating internal operational, manufacturing and quality knowledge into clear, sales-enabling messages, acting as a bridge between these internal functions and the commercial organization to protect our business and market share. Currently, our team consists of 9 members with a structure of 6 change communication managers and 3 supply communication managers.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in the life science, pharmaceutical, chemical or related industry in a marketing, quality, sales, engineering, technical service, or project management or related role
- Bachelors degree in science, engineering, business administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with customers and stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams
- Experience working with content management systems, internal information hubs, and collaboration tools
- Experience working with regulatrory guidleines
Pay Range for this position: $125,000- $191,500. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
