As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Rehabilitation and Health Services portfolio of MedHealth’s Personal Injury Division, you will support a wide range of areas including campaigns, social media, digital marketing, brand, events and communications for the division’s portfolio of brands.
This is a varied role where you will be able to use your experience and skills to support projects from concept to delivery, helping to innovate new ideas to achieve strategic business objectives.
You will also thrive on making an impact via developing engaging content. You will support key brands’ social media channels and work closely with the team’s Marketing Communications Leads to drive engagement through carefully curated, brand-aligned content.
This is a great opportunity for a driven individual who wants to build their experience across a multi-brand portfolio, who is proactive and enjoys working autonomously as well as part of a small, supportive team.
This is a casual role, with flexibility to work from home and in the office. The ideal candidate would be able to work part-time hours over 4 or 5 days a week.
Day-to-day you will:
- Support marketing and communications projects that align with each brands’ business objectives
- Develop engaging, high-quality content for social media
- Prepare marketing assets across a range of mediums
- Work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including our design agency
- Regularly update brand websites
- Prepare digital marketing reports and support campaign reporting
- Provide events support and promotion
- Ensure brand integrity and quality across assets
- Provide support to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager and other team members when required
Attributes and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design or creative industries
- 2 years’ experience in broad marketing roles, with practical experience across a wide range of areas, including social media, campaigns, digital marketing, events and communications
- Ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to adjust tone to align to each brand, different channels and audiences
- Experience using Canva, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, EDM (Vision 6) and CMS (WordPress) platforms
Desirable:
- Experienced working across multiple brands and projects
- Experience in B2B marketing
- A passion for the healthcare sector
